Clean the puja space; place the Shiva Lingam facing east; bathe and purify yourself. 

2. Offerings and Puja essentials

Use milk, honey, water (especially Gangajal), ghee, curd, sugarcane juice, Panchamrit, Bel Patra, flowers, incense, camphor, and dhoop for offering. 

3. Chant and Pour

Pour each offering over the Lingam while chanting “Om Namah Shivaya”, Rudra mantra, Rudram, or Rudrashtadhyayi. 

4. Aarti and Prasad
